1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PubVelo (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering a publisher account, installing our SDK, uploading application inventories, or using any services provided by PubVelo, you ("Publisher", "Developer", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
2. Publisher Account Rules
Publishers must comply with the following account registration and maintenance regulations:
- Accuracy of Information: You must provide truthful and accurate legal names, active email addresses, phone contacts, and banking details. Failure to do so will result in payment holding.
- Single Account Policy: Publishers may only maintain one account unless explicitly authorized in writing by the PubVelo Administration.
- Credential Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including login passwords and unique API/SDK keys).
3. SDK & Ad Integration
To monetize applications on our reseller exchange network, publishers must integrate the SDK according to the documentation:
- App Verification: Every application submitted is subject to manual verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for compliance reasons.
- ads.txt / app-ads.txt: Publishers must list PubVelo authorized seller IDs in their website's `ads.txt` or application's `app-ads.txt` file to ensure secure programmatic reseller bidding.
- Compliance: Integrated apps must not contain illegal, copyrighted, sexually explicit, violent, or hate-promoting content.
4. Invalid Traffic (IVT) Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent traffic and activities:
- Prohibited Actions: Automated click bots, manual incentive-driven clicking, cookie stuffing, hidden ad placements, and simulated impressions are strictly banned.
- Deductions: Earnings identified by upstream exchanges or our internal fraud filters as invalid traffic (IVT) will be permanently deducted from your ledger during monthly reconciliation.
- Account Action: Severe IVT violations will result in immediate suspension, termination of membership, and forfeiture of all accumulated unpaid balances.
5. Revenue Share & Payouts
Payouts are calculated based on the metric revenues processed by our system, subject to the following rules:
- Revenue Share: Publishers receive their configured revenue share percentage (default is 70% of gross programmatic revenues, unless custom negotiated with Admin).
- Platform Fee: The platform processing fee (usually 30%) is deducted automatically from the gross balance.
- Minimum Balance: The baseline payout threshold is $100.00. Unpaid balances below this amount carry over to the subsequent billing month.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are processed on Net-30 terms, subject to manual bank wire or PayPal execution details.
6. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or fail policy validation audits. Upon suspension, dashboard access is immediately restricted and all pending ad serving inventories are deactivated.
7. Limitation of Liability
PubVelo provides its platform and ad serving reseller exchanges on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, programmatic filler rates, or exact eCPM levels. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss of earnings, operational data, or publisher business damages arising from platform maintenance or database errors.
